I can only imagine what so many are going through during these times. Covid-19 Pandemic has affected the lives of so many people and so many families have experienced suffering.
I don’t know how you feel right now, however it is written in Psalm chapter 34, Verse 18, “The Lord is near to the brokenhearted
and saves the crushed in spirit.”
Every space of our lives including our heart is so important to God. Everything that matters to us, matters to Him. When we allow for the light of God to enter in, it is possible for His love to fill the space with His presence, and His presence transforms.
His grace transforms everything into enough, even grief. There is enough divine love to transform grief into a manifest of God’s glory. There is enough love to turn you into a witness of what He can do when you chose to have a surrendered heart and a willing spirit.
Not too long ago I lost very dear people to me, my grandparents. I was not able to attend the funeral, I did not get to see them one last time or be able to say goodbye. I get to remember them while they were alive. There is a space in my life that only they occupied. I learned to turn that space in my heart over to God and allow His love to minister and transform my understanding about eternity and what it means to be and remain eternal.
What is the standard you set your heart for? What could birth forth through the spaces of grief in your life?
Prayer
Father who is in heaven, I ask you to minister to every heart including my own,
and may your divine love be present into every space where grief has entered in.
I ask you to bless me and bless me indeed so that I may prosper in your ways.
Thank you for who you are and for all you have done for those who seek you and love you,
In Jesus name Amen
