The evidence we give ourselves and the gift of love!

This past Tuesday I gathered with a group of people practicing present awareness. Awareness is something I value. The connection to God that simply being present and aware can bring is valuable to me.

In Luke Chapter 5, verse 16, It is expressed “But he would withdraw to desolate places to pray.”

There is a time for everything and so much of what we practice we become. Jesus took time to connect to the father, he took time to practice this form of love and care while inspiring others to do the same.

During the group meeting someone asked a question that remind me of the evidence of Christ. The question was, “what are you giving yourself the evidence of ?”
My mind took me to a place of love. Love is something everyone deserves and so many want the gift of love in their lives, however they keep gathering evidence that keeps them away from the very thing they want.

Jesus on the other hand, boldly confessed his love for people, and gave them the gift of love until he actually became the evidence of such.

What are you giving yourself the evidence of and what is the gift you want to create in your life?

Perhaps by practicing prayer and meditation, you may provide yourself an avenue to discover what this looks like for you.

God thank you for the gift of your love that Jesus became for us.
Thank you for who you are that we get to discover. Please instruct us to give ourselves the gift of love and the evidence of such in our lives.

Allowing grief to set a new standard of Love

I can only imagine what so many are going through during these times. Covid-19 Pandemic has affected the lives of so many people and so many families have experienced suffering.

I don’t know how you feel right now, however it is written in Psalm chapter 34, Verse 18, “The Lord is near to the brokenhearted
    and saves the crushed in spirit.”

Every space of our lives including our heart is so important to God. Everything that matters to us, matters to Him. When we allow for the light of God to enter in, it is possible for His love to fill the space with His presence, and His presence transforms.

His grace transforms everything into enough, even grief. There is enough divine love to transform grief into a manifest of God’s glory. There is enough love to turn you into a witness of what He can do when you chose to have a surrendered heart and a willing spirit.

Not too long ago I lost very dear people to me, my grandparents. I was not able to attend the funeral, I did not get to see them one last time or be able to say goodbye. I get to remember them while they were alive. There is a space in my life that only they occupied. I learned to turn that space in my heart over to God and allow His love to minister and transform my understanding about eternity and what it means to be and remain eternal.

What is the standard you set your heart for? What could birth forth through the spaces of grief in your life?

Father who is in heaven, I ask you to minister to every heart including my own,
and may your divine love be present into every space where grief has entered in.
I ask you to bless me and bless me indeed so that I may prosper in your ways.

Faith in every moment as a manifest

Everyday, every moment we are placing our faith in something. In the book of Mathew, Chapter 9, Jesus heals a woman.

When reading the chapter, in verses 21 and 22, the woman said, “If I only touch His garment, I will be made well.” Jesus, turned and seeing her he said, “take heart, daughter; your faith has made you well.” And instantly, the woman was made well.

We clearly see where this woman has placed her faith and she was made well. Where are are you placing your faith in today, that is giving you your life?

Are you content with the outcomes your faith is producing? So much of what and who we manifest is connected to our faith and it is so important to be authentic with ourselves and God regarding what we really desire.

The verse also says that he turned toward her, this gives me the understanding that the heart of God does not simply move in your necessity. The heart of God moves in your faith.

How have you moved the heart of God with your faith? Who are you as a manifest that people would be able to see the Spirit of Christ in you?

Are you in alignment with His word, and are you being responsible with the heart of God?


God, I ask you to grant us the strength necessary to place our faith in you and allow for us to desire only what is in your will for our lives. Thank you for all the blessings you have given us. Right now we chose to believe in your truth and may your truth fill us with a heavenly hope and a future.

God loves you personally

You are not just a number here on earth. Although God loves us all, He loves each one of us personally and relentlessly. It is radical to think in such autonomy however and it is true that there is nothing that could separate you from His love.

In Romans chapter 8, verse 39, His love is expressed, “nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

His love is so vast, so abounding, so relentless that there is nothing you can do, there is no darkness that can separate you from His love.

Although we sin and are sinners, by the grace of God; this is where sinners can become saints. You may see in the book of Romans chapter 8, verse 10, it is said, “But if Christ is in you, your body is dead because of sin, yet your spirit is alive because of righteousness.”

You are alive when you yoke yourself with the Holy Spirit of Jesus. “The Spirit we received makes us children of God. With that Spirit we cry out, Father.”
Romans 8:15

What is possible for you now that you know you are radically, relentlessly loved by a God that will never let you go?

God thank you for your relentless love. Thank you that nothing can separate us from you.
Please inspire us everyday with your love and wisdom, so that we may know more of you and are able to receive revelations from your kingdom.

Christ in you is the hope of Glory

Christ in us is the hope of glory. How does the strength of Christ show up for you, in you or around you?

In the book of Philippians, chapter 4, verse 13, it is expressed, ” I can do all things through Christ who gives me the strength.”

In every moment of our lives, being able to identify the strength of Christ is crucial for all that is made available to us. Where is the strength that Christ has made available to you today?

When we are able to locate ourselves in alignment with that strength, we are then able to experience the presence of God in our lives. We are able to truly do all things for all things are in Him. Have you ever taken time to be in internal stillness and simply experience the location of that strength in you?

The difference this makes is the difference you allow this strength to be made in you and through you.

God thank you for the strength you have given us today. Thank you for Christ Jesus and His love for us.
Please allow for us to feel your presence in our daily lives, and experience more of you.

Let not your heart be troubled

In the book of John chapter 14, verse 27, Jesus says, “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. Not as this world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.”

Free will is the freedom we have to will the will of God the father here on earth. Anything outside of that is simply no longer freedom. Part of living in peace with oneself and another, is to be able to will the fruits of the Holly Spirit here on earth.

The daily practice of peaceful living requires the daily understanding of what free will is. Christianity is the daily practice of what it is to live a Christ minded, God centered life. Life in abundance happens when we practice the wealth Jesus Christ teaches us to practice.

However your life is right now, is ok. If you go back to the place of disconnection and allow the peace of God to re-tell that story, you can now become a witness of what His love and grace can do.

May the blessings and mercies of God be multiplied unto you, and may His grace abide in every point of disconnection making everything possible to you.

God thank you for the peace you have given us through Christ Jesus. Please renew your love into our hearts and allow your peace that surpasses all understanding to be present in all that we do and everywhere we go.

When Heaven Speaks

The words we practice speaking in our daily lives creates. Every second of the day we create something, or someone. Last week I wish I had re-created my life, some people, and some past happenings.

I soon realized that my life is a gift, some people are a manifest and the happenings a story. In order to co-create anything the divinity of God must be present. How encouraging would it be if everyone we have conversations with, would speak from a divine place?
Where is divinity, that you are?

What is the space you find yourself in, and is it that you want to create?
In John chapter 1, verse 3, it is expressed, “All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made.”

When we allow the heavens to speak to us, things are made new. Who’s Spirit have you received?

If all things are made through Him, then everything that is true is all that we co-create with the wisdom of God. Not simply the knowledge of men. Therefore only what is actually true is what is real. One is to master his or her reality in order to discern what is of God for his or her life and what is not. We are to also develop spiritual eye-sight. At times people have eye-sight, however do they have vision?

When we allow a space for heaven to speak to us, we are able to co-create with the wisdom of God. God continues to create and all that God creates is perfectly and wonderfully made. I hope you are encouraged today to co-create all that God has for you to be.

God, please gives us wisdom according to your word to co-create with you all that we are to create today.
Please give us spiritual discernment to see what is truly from you for our lives.

When people taste like cabbage

Have you ever come face to face with a person that tastes like cabbage? It’s not even that good for you, however you are forced to deal with as if the love of God depends on it?

Keeping the faith is a must and self-control is an even bigger must? A while ago I came face to face with a cabbage like person, and it was if my whole day went sour.

I try to keep a God perspective in everything I do, and sometimes I succeed. I often ask of myself three transformative questions:

What does the word of God say about this? What does the love of God look-like in this? How can I apply my faith in this situation?

Theses questions are quite precise when dealing with the truth of God in who we are to be in our day to day lives. In Ephesian chapter 4, verse 31, the bible instructs us; “Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice.”

At times the word of God, love of God and faith in actions is towards our wellbeing also. Holding on to bitterness and anger can obscure who we are to ourselves as well as to other people that could be a blessing to us.

I know this is basic, however it is necessary that we discover who we can be even in moments of upset and anger. For instance, holding on to bitterness can defile us according to Hebrews chapter 12, verse 15.

Would you want to facilitate the power to someone to be able to defile you? To defile is to spoil, desecrate, profane or violate someone or oneself. In other words, this could be seen as giving the power to someone in order to allow you to incline you to live in anything other than what the word and truth of God says about you.

If we can simply keep a heaven perspective in all we do, even when meeting the cabbages of this life; It is possible that we could walk in a much more abundant life.

It is easier when we acquire the understanding that people are acting also upon ideas they have identified with as truth, therefore they simply want to do what in their minds are held as that idea of truth.

God allow us to know your truth, live in your truth and not be defiled by others through bitterness, anger, malice or misunderstandings. Please instruct us to live a pure life. Give us clean hands, a pure heart and a life that is dignified of you.

Opportunities during Covid-19 quarantine

Unlike any other time in history we are having to deal with everything that confronts us. Never in history have we dealt with this situation we are all in. This outbreak does not discriminate against social class, gender, color, religion or personal abilities.

We are all in this together, having to deal with being quarantined alone or with family members. Some that we haven’t seen in a while, some that may be elderly, some that we may not get along with so well, and ourselves through the process of simply being indoors for a bit too long.

I have dealt with not having an organ since two thousand and nine, and consequently I have suffered from physiological depression for about eight years. Sometimes I feel afraid of this outbreak that seams to bring so many uncertainties.

April first, I started a prayer and gratitude journal. I requested of myself a difference and that difference to me only arrives through the practice of gratitude.
In Phillipians chapter 4, verse 8, the good book tells us how to overcome any situation; ‘Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.’

Some things are not God prescribed, however they will always be God used. He can cause all things to be utilized for the good of His people. We as His people still have the process of discovery to be responsible for throughout this happening.

We have a challenge in hands, one that requires us now to deal with uncomfortable situations. We never know when it is the last time we may be speaking to someone, or what is going to happen in regards to the cure.

Humanity is in fragility and we are all in this together. Together brings about opportunities. How about about writing that person you haven’t spoken to in a while, and letting he or she know how much of a difference this soul is in your life?

How about having a conversation for resolution with that family member that has not been a favorite. How about saying thank you to everyone in your in your life that has ever been there for you?

If we find whatever is whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, and whatever is admirable in daily routine and in everyone around us, this may just be the opportunity we have to turn things around.

God please instruct us as to how we are to discover whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable in everyone, everything and in all moments of life including this one.

Give us the grace to accept your ways for our lives and the courage to superimpose faith over fear in all circumstances.

Celebrating the Resurrection

In the remembrance of the one gave his own life to rise us out the ashes into the light, we often celebrate Jesus’ death.

I used to do the same to the point where I spent most of my adulthood attempting to understand this concept. Until I had a honest conversation with God about what is is to relentlessly love in order to resurrect someone. I started then focusing on the resurrection rather than the death.

” In 2 Corinthians chapter 5, verse 8, ‘ We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.’

In the spirit of the one who came to give us life in abundance, died for us to live, and resurrected so we could also be able to be a part of the Kingdom; I wonder at times what it means discover to be like Jesus.

” In John chapter 14, verse 12, ‘ Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth in me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.’
When Jesus set us free to live the abundant life, I wonder what this life would look like if we christians truly lived in the power and true authority he gave us; even the one noted on the verse above.

According to this passage in John; we can now do even greater works through the Holy spirit of Christ Jesus. What would this mean to Christians when faced with trials and tribulations?

What would this mean for the healing community, for the church leaders? Why have we kept ourselves small?

God sent His only son so we would not perish in the mere understanding of smallness. What would it look like to live in the wisdom that through the Spirit of Christ we can.
I am truly out to discover what it is to live a Christ minded, God centered life and in celebration of Easter, regardless of what we are all going through; I hope and pray we are able to experience the true power He resurrected for us to experience.

Jesus I thank you for dying for us all so we could experience your Holy Spirit,
thank you for your love, and thank you for resurrecting so we could live.
Please instruct us on how to walk in your power, live in your grace, and discover what it is to live a Christ minded; God centered life.


Spiritual Coherence in fellowship

I have learned that many people live in a quiet desperation. I myself have experience the space of what is to be around people and feel alone.

There is a spiritual coherence that is built when fellowship is present. The atmosphere changes, the space feels connected and often times it is how the spirit of Joy abides.

Spiritual coherence is a balanced state of harmony that occurs when mind, body and soul are present and fully connected to a higher dimension (God).

This connection is built when we are in fellowship to one another as the bible often instructs. We aren’t meant to do things alone or be alone; as it is not how God has designed us to be.

I would like to encourage you to strive for fellowship and seek this coherence with like minded people that are Christ centered and spirit filled so that you may experience the joy of what is to be in the space of togetherness.

God I ask you to grant me a space of fellowship with people that have been designed by you to be with me in this togetherness.
Grant me the ability to be a blessing to them and receive blessings from them.
Thank you for allowing us all to re-discover what it is to be like you in these spaces and give us wisdom to know how to edify one another.


Feels like Home

Christmas season is a wonderful time to cherish and re-discover Jesus.
The birth of Christ transformed the world forever.

Whos is Jesus Christ and why should we celebrate?
The Word became a human being and, full of grace and truth, lived among us. We saw his glory, the glory which he received as the Father’s only Son. (John 1:14)

The glory of the father made known on earth through ultimate redemption by the son.
His grace covered us in love and His truth gave us redemption.

He allowed us to know what is possible with God, became the way, the truth and the life and the sacrifice to atone us for our sins. The love that made us possible.

The love that brings us home.

God thank you for Jesus Christ and for all things made possible through Him.
I ask you to reveal to us who Jesus is day in and day out, and reveal your love to us so that we may experience your glory on earth as it is in heaven


Have you heard

Have you heard yourself and felt like you had nothing different to offer?
Nothing that had not been done before or created before?

In the contrast of all that resides around us, at times, I have. I have had the experience that all I had to offer had been done before. In other words in my search for autonomy not independance; I have manifested to fulfill spaces of creativity with desilusion. I have reduced my power for the sake of accomodation.

This brings me to remember Jesus; as a man one that I admire and often read about. In three years he transformed the world. His writings lives through today and in my life he lives as a daily inspiration because I am present that the only unique thing I have that transforms is the love I have to offer.

Discovering love in unique places and spaces is something that intrigues my understanding. What would it look like to discover love instead of desilusion?
What would it look like to discover what love is in creativity?

Jesus allowed for discovery and offered his love everywhere he went, in spaces of confrontation, darkness, sickness, loss, death and life. He became a space where love could exist and transform.
What would it look like to become a space where love can exist and transform like Jesus did?

He loves us so much that he did not simply die for us but resurected for us. What would it look like to resurect for something or someone you belive in or love?
Are there spaces in your life where the dry bones are to be comanded to walk again?

Only love can fill the empty spaces and transform. I would like to encourage you to discover love in every space of your life and to bring love to every space where love is to be present.

God help me to discover love in every space where love is to be present.
Reveal to me your love and transform my life according to the blessings
you have for me so that I may be blessed by you.
